Zanzoo Estate Weddings & Events venue

Zanzoo Estate is now available for weddings and events with up to 60-80 people attending.

What's included

• Venue for up to 60-80 guests
• Venue Access from 10am 1 day prior for setting up
• Ceremony aisle carpet runner
• Wedding Arbor - basic stand to be decorated by yourself
• Signing table and 2 x chairs
• Pre booking meet and venue visit
• Public liability insurance
• Car Parking / lighting and signage
• Exit cleaning (no rubbish removal other than what can be stored in the bins provided)

Total Amount: $2,000 

In order to lock in your date we will require the following:

Deposit non refundable = $1000
Full payment by 90 days before = $1000

Cancellation policy:

2 months prior = $1000 refund

Security Bond: $1500 (additional) full refund should there be no damage to the property and its facilities.

Planning must be done in good time e.g. a client may want to hire a marquee and require power to the marquee. Siting of any temporary structures will have to be decided in advance and scheduled.

The normal terms and conditions for the property still apply as listed on our invoices and on the website with an authorised waiver for the 'NO party" policy.
Noise limitations will still stand - music or sound systems must be reduced after 10pm to avoid confrontation and disturbance for neighbouring properties.
Any children at a function must be carefully supervised around the pool area and parents are responsible for their children's water safety.
The pool gate can be locked.
There is also a creek on the property boundary that parents need to be aware of if they have small children.

The Tennis court is full size. Rackets are provided but please provide your own balls. (Damage to or loss of rackets will be charged for.)

Redlynch Valley & Crystal Cascades - enjoy the lovely shaded walks along Freshwater Creek and down the valley. The swimming holes at Crystal Cascades are lovely and best enjoyed during the week because they can get quite busy at the weekends.

Zanzoo has preferred caterers but you may offer the owner an alternative for consideration.
