A dazzling star quality home on the waterfront - a home of space and light that matches the location. 

From the moment you walk in - your eye is drawn to the view of the yachts in the harbour channel.

The designer kitchen is equipped with a top quality Ilve stove, a large fridge with ice-maker and a built-in Ilve coffee maker.

The pool patio has a BBQ kitchen (with fridge) - great for cooking up your catch. It even has a crab cooker and a side burner. Please clean the BBQ - if left uncleaned the owner will charge $300 to clean it.

A long lap pool runs the full length of the house front with a timber deck below overlooking the pontoon jetty. There are pool toys, a giant chess set on the lawn below the pool.

The main bedroom looks out to the patio and to the waterfront. The blinds are remote controlled so you don't even have to get up to let the morning light in. The bathroom is sensational with 2 showers and a huge tub for a slow soak after a day of fishing.

Upstairs, the twin bedroom has a picture postcard view over the estuary. It also has a putting green. (Don't ask!) And just in case golf is your thing, there is another putting green on the front lawn.

Move buffs will love the 12 seat Hollywood-style tiered seating theatre room upstairs. There is even a popcorn machine in the upstairs kitchen.

Bedroom 2 has a private deck with comfy cane armchairs and a view of the mountains behind Cardwell.

The Franklin wing has 3 more bedrooms, a luxury bathroom and TV sitting room.

Looking for a quiet escape with a good book? - the upstairs mezzanine has an inviting sofa and armchairs.

This fantastic home is even better if you have a boat. The boat ramp is opposite the house - launch your boat then tie up in front of Mahi Mahi on the floating pontoon jetty.

Nearby natural attractions that are well worth visiting - Blencoe, Murray and Wallaman Falls are all in this area.

This is a fabulous holiday house for a complete unwind. Please note that an internet connection is not provided.

A bond of $2,000.00 is equivalent to the Mahi Mahi insurance excess. If preferred, this can be arranged by providing credit card details which are held for security and no charge will apply provided there is no loss of inventory or damage and the Terms & Conditions are met.

The owner expects the BBQ to be cleaned. If it is left in a mess, the owner will deduct $300 from the bond or the credit card.

Half house - 6 people or less - please call about booking the Franklin wing of the house with 2 king bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom. It may be available at the last minute for $800 pn minimum stay 2 nights and cleaning fee $250.
