Beach Haven - Yorkeys Knob

A very well located two level apartment just 100m from the beach. Two large bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with a double. The queen bedroom comes with its own bathroom. The double bedroom uses the second upstairs bathroom. There is a separate upstairs loo. 

The large living area is open plan. There is a large TV and a Netflix subscription. The indoor kitchen area has a large 2 door fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee pod machine but no oven or stovetop. The main cooking area is on the patio which has a large BBQ, a benchtop 60l oven, a benchtop ceramic induction cooktop and a slow cooker. The patio has been extended with a timber deck and a large extendable awning. Beyond the deck is a lawn which leads to the path through the Melaleucas to the beach. 

The swimming pool is next to the parking area at the front of the apartment building but the beach is the thing. There is a table and chairs on the beach and a handcart for bringing your food and drinks for sunset dining on the sand. You can walk about 1km north to the base of Yorkey's Knob or a little further south to Thomatis Creek. At low tide you can wade across the creek and walk all the way down Holloway's Beach, cross Barr Ck and walk all the way to the Barron River just south of Machan's beach. It's about 6km and there are cafes along the beach at Holloway's and Machan's. The mouth of the Barron is also a popular fishing spot. 

This is a lovely practical apartment with just a garden and a few trees between you and the beach.
