Bambusa - Trinity Beach

An open, light-filled space running right through to the full length sliding glass doors that lead onto the deck and garden. The moment you walk in to Bambusa, you get that holiday feeling.

It is a simple, but very practical, modern home with a very relaxing feel. Everything flows together - the kitchen at one end with a large dining table leading on to a huge leather sofa in front of the wide-screen tv. Colourful pictures on the walls and bright cushions create a cheerful holiday atmosphere. The bedrooms all open into the main living room.

The timber garden deck with a big table for dining outdoors. The deck is shady and cooled by the breeze coming off the lagoon. The garden and pool area are cleverly screened from the houses on the opposite side of the lagoon with bamboo, gingers and tropical shrubs. You have a lovely view out across the lagoon to Earl Hill but it's hard to see in.

The pool is large and the kids will love all the pool toys. If you are in the kitchen, you can keep an eye on the kids in the pool through the side door. The Weber BBQ is out here - right next to the kitchen bench and the fridge.

Lots of thought has gone into designing this home for families on holiday - to get the best fun from all being together. It is a magical house for children - one enchanted child loved the rainbow on the wall from the reflected light of the pool.

From the kitchen you can see right through to the deck where there is another large table for outdoor dining. A vivid green lawn and bright red and pink gingers frame the view over the lagoon towards Earl Hill.

Bambusa is part of the Blue Lagoon gated estate so residents have full use of the synthetic grass court and the 25m lap pool.

The beach and tree-lined esplanade is a short walk from the house. At the weekend, Trinity Beach Watersports bring their inflatable bouncers, trampolines, water-wheels, paddle boards and hobicats to the beach. For a modest fee, your kids can have fun all day.

Trinity Beach has a choice of of restaurants and cafes, mainly along the beach esplanade or you can drive to Palm Cove (about 12 min)  which is also well served for eating out.

Pricing is for 6 guests. Extra persons (maximum 2) at $30 each per night.

Cancel prior to 2pm 14 days before arrival date - 100% refund less $100 administration fee

Cancel prior to 2pm 7 days before arrival date - 50% refund less 10% service fee
