Minimum stay 4 nights. A deposit/cleaning fee of $300 is required to secure a booking and the full amount for the stay is payable 30 days before arrival.

The deposit/cleaning fee is returned after satisfactory inspection and inventory check.

Cancellation fees - if cancellation occurs prior to full payment the $300 is forfeit. Cancellation within 30 days, the full payment is forfeit but the $300 is returned.

We recommend taking full travel insurance.

There is an allowance of $35 per week for electricity, which should be more than adequate. If you use a significant amount more, you will have to pay the difference. This condition is to ensure fair use of the air/con and to turn it off when away from the house.

The house should be kept and left clean and tidy. Bed linen should be left on the beds and towels hung up. There is a once a week visit for garden/pool maintenance which takes about an hour. We will phone first.

Damage and breakages have to be paid for.
