Situated in a quiet part of upper Whitfield this friendly house is surrounded by mature trees and palms. There are some fine clumps of lipstick palms with their astonishing red crown shafts and masses of pink and red ginger plants throughout the garden. The swimming pool blends perfectly with rocks and palms and cycads.

The house has 3 bedrooms. A queen bedroom with ensuite and private verandah overlooking the pool and garden. Another queen bedroom and a third with 2 single beds share the second separate bathroom and separate loo.

There are 2 sitting rooms. One at the entrance door which leads onto a timber deck and another at the rear which also leads onto a timber deck and the swimming pool. In between are the dining area and kitchen.

• Generous laundry with top load w/machine, dryer, iron and board
• Salt water pool and outdoor furniture
