All contracts to stay are with the owners of the property, not with Cairns Holiday Homes.
A deposit/cleaning fee of $300 is required to secure a booking and the full amount for the stay is payable 45 days before arrival.
The deposit/cleaning fee is returned after satisfactory inspection and inventory check. Damage and breakages may have to be paid for.
Cancellation fees: if cancellation occurs prior to full payment the $300 is forfeit.
Cancellation within 45 days of start of stay : the full payment is forfeit but the $300 is returned. We recommend taking full travel insurance.
On departure, houses/apartments should be kept and left clean and tidy. We will do the laundry.
There may be a weekly visit for garden/pool maintenance which takes about an hour.
Some houses, as shown above, have a weekly allowance for electricity, which should be more than adequate. If you use a significant amount more, you will have to pay the difference. This condition is to ensure fair use of the air/conditioning.
