Occasionally, we have cancellations which we would like to fill so that we can return most of the payment to the client who has cancelled.

We also often have small gaps between bookings. These and last minute bookings (a booking within the next 2 weeks) will all be offered at a significant discount.

Moody St - Homestead apartment : February 1st - March 31st 2012 only $637 per week for 4 people (minimum stay 1 week and extra charge for more than 4 people). Fantastic value during the green season. Please note, the annex will be occupied by another family so the pool and outside sitting area will be shared.

Wilks House - February 1st - March 31st 2012 special price $950 per week (1 week minimum stay)

Margaret St  - February and March : 30% off the whole house (4 night minimum), 1 week now $1393. This is a large house for a full family gathering. Sleeps up to 14 .
