Etty Bay bliss

Etty Bay is a fabulous little hideaway 15 minutes south of Innisfail. It is a favourite beach for locals because it so unspoilt. The rainforest comes right down to the beach, the water is clear and there is safe swimming all year round thanks to the Etty Bay Life Saving club. We have just listed a lovely beachfront house on the hill overlooking the whole bay - The Old Pottery.

In the same ownership since the 1950s, the house was the family beach escape and the lower half was used as a pottery by the present owner's mother. It has been completely modernized but retained the simple charm of the basic beach shack that it was.
